Each payment to AdvantEdge must include the Payment Authorization Form which can be found on the Downloads Page. If you would like to use your ISA (Individual Student Account) please contact Karen Stowell (kstowell77@gmail.com). Below are the payment deadlines for the trip:

May 1st - $100.00
July 1st - $250.00
September 1st - $250.00
November 1st - $250.00
Final Payment, January 1st - $345.00

If you miss one of the deadlines you can still pay at a later date. If would like to pay more you can do so at anytime. If you pay with credit card you must add 3% which will go towards processing the card.

Trip Requirements:
Students must be enrolled in a full year of band or percussion but do not have to participate in marching band (although it is highly recommended). Color Guard members must participate in both the fall and winter season.

Performance:
Students will be performing in a parade at Disneyland. All students who do not participate in marching band will be fitted for a uniform 2nd semester. There will be after school rehearsals during 2nd semester for all band members. At these rehearsals we will be teaching parade marching band memorizing the parade songs. These rehearsals will be mandatory to attend the trip. Students will also be participating in an "Excellence in Entertainment" workshop where students will perform in a sound studio and work with a professional recording musician.

Fundraisers:
The best way to raise funds to offset the cost of the trip is by using the King Soopers Gift Card. Cards can be purchased from Christine Strang (contact info TBA). The cards are re-loadable and 4.5% goes into the students' ISA. The card can be used for groceries, prescriptions, and gas (King Soopers gas Stations or Loaf and Jug). There will be other fundraising opportunities at the start of the new school year but this is the easiest way to raise funds.

Other Info:
Check out the Downloads Page which has the suggested trip itinerary, notes that were taken at the trip meeting, and the payment authorization form.

Students will not be missing any school because the trip will be during the first part of spring break.

Instruments and uniforms will be transported in the band trailer.

If you have any other questions about the trip please email Mr. Bidinger (ndbidinger@dcsdk12.org)
